Cancelling a Seat

If you can no longer make a dinner, cancel your seat as early as you can. Early notice helps KF.Social keep the table balanced for everyone else who is coming.

Steps

  1. Open the Dinners tab and select your upcoming booking.
  2. Tap Cancel Seat and confirm.
  3. Review the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking for how the Matching Fee is handled.
Tip: Plans change, and that is fine. Cancelling early is always better than not turning up on the night.
